Wind Creek Rewards Terms & Conditions
- No purchase necessary for Wind Creek Rewards (WCR) Membership. Members must be 21 years of age or older in the United States. Members must be 18 years of age or older in the Caribbean.
- Valid, non-expired government-issued photo identification is required to join. Types of acceptable identification include state-issued driver’s license, state identification cards, passport, military ID, or Poarch Creek Tribal ID. In Caribbean locations, a valid passport is required for all non-residents.
- Individuals who are on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Exclusion List per Chapter 511a or Self Exclusion List Chapter 503a or who have been excluded from casino gaming are ineligible to participate and/or become a Member of Wind Creek Rewards. Those who become excluded after they have been a Member and have accrued benefits shall forfeit said benefits in their entirety.
- Wind Creek Rewards points may be earned and redeemed at the following Wind Creek Hospitality properties: Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Atmore, Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Wetumpka, Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Montgomery, Wind Creek Casino & Resort Bethlehem, Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, Renaissance Curaçao Resort & Casino and Wa She Shu Casino.
- Earn one (1) WCR tier-point for every five (5) dollars played on any slot or electronic bingo machine or ten (10) dollars played on any video poker machine. Earn two (2) tier-points for every one (1) dollar in table game theoretical. Rewards status will be determined by tier-points earned in a calendar year. Status will remain for one (1) calendar year. Points earned in a calendar year that are not used will expire after December 31st of the following calendar year. Does not apply to online play.
- There is no tier-point requirement to qualify for Play Card status. Earn 20,000 tier-points in a calendar year to qualify for Escape Card status. Earn 50,000 tier-points in a calendar year to qualify for Delight Card status. Earn 200,000 tier-points in a calendar year to qualify for Fantasy Card status. Once sufficient tier-points are earned to achieve Escape, Delight, or Fantasy Card status, your WCR account will be updated. WScore points earned online at WindCreekCasino.com do not count towards WCR Membership level.
- Birthday date retained is based upon the information on the WCR account. This information will be gathered from the valid identification presented at enrollment.
- Holding one (1) machine of your choice guarantees exclusive use by you as follows:
- a. A maximum of one (1) hour for Escape Card Members
- b. A maximum of two (2) hours for Delight Card Members
- c. A maximum of four (4) hours for Fantasy Card Members
- Not available at all locations. Machines may only be held in person. Only one machine may be active at a time. Play is limited to one machine at a time during the held timeframe. Holding a machine is limited to once per 24-hour period. Blackout dates apply. Does not apply to table games or electronic table games.
- It is the responsibility of the WCR Member to properly insert their WCR card and ensure the card is being recognized during play, or utilize cardless login to their WCR account by entering their phone number and PIN on the machine and ensure the account is being recognized during play.
- The WCR Member is responsible for selecting a PIN for their account and keeping it secure. Members are responsible for all transactions on their account which are authorized by their PIN. Wind Creek Hospitality shall not be held liable for any transaction requiring a PIN.
- WCR Membership offers and benefits are non-transferable. Benefits are intended only for the use of the Member listed on the WCR account.
- Wind Creek Hospitality Management has the sole right to make decisions and adjust any point balances or benefits resulting from a malfunction, operational error, and/or fraud. Wind Creek Hospitality Management also reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or cancel WCR membership at any time without notice.
- By being a Member of WCR, Members consent to receive promotional and informational communications from any Wind Creek Hospitality property, its affiliates, and/or strategic partners.
- WCR is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, points, the fraudulent use of such, and reserves the right to limit duplicate cards issued to a WCR Member.
- To redeem points, comps, or other offers, the WCR card and valid government-issued photo ID must be presented in person at the Wind Creek Hospitality properties, or Member must use pre-selected PIN number at kiosks, outlets, and gaming machines.
- Errors in point or awards tabulations are void.
- Annual resort travel benefits are a combined benefit and may be used at only one location. They may not be redeemed at multiple properties within the same calendar year.
