1. Your withdrawal request may take between 24 hours and 72 hours to review, approve and process.
  2. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which we receive the requests. 
  3. Situations which can delay the approval and processing of your request include:
    1. If your deposit not yet been okayed through the deposit service you used, meaning the funds have not yet cleared and are not yet available to Wind Creek; 
    2. Delays caused by your deposit service that are outside of our control;
    3. Regulatory, security or legal reasons including actions by the PA Gaming Control Board, Federal regulations including Title 31 Anti- Money Laundering Compliance, or indications that the source deposit transaction was unauthorized, fraudulent or criminal.
  4. The money you’ve deposited which has not yet been wagered may be processed only as a refund and returned to the original funding method.
    1. Funds deposited through PayNearMe can only be refunded through a check mailed from Wind Creek Casino.

Prepaid Card Prepaid Card (Play+) Processing time: The funds transfer from your Account onto your pre-paid card generally is completed with 24 hours. The funds can then be withdrawn from your PrePaid card via an ATM, or the funds can be kept on your pre-paid card and used for purchases anywhere Discover is accepted.
Check Check Processing time: Checks issued within 5 business days then mailed. Checks are made out to the account holder and mailed to the address on file.
